This collection requests 12-month enrollment counts at institutions from the previous academic year (July 1-June 30). Multi-campus institutions are required to submit a separate report for each branch campus.
- The 12-month enrollment count is the unduplicated headcount of students enrolled over a 12-month period at your institution during the previous academic year
