Every institution is required by Article 129-B (Education Law §6440(1)(a)) to adopt written rules implementing Article 129-B by amending its code of conduct or other comparable policies. Beginning on July 1, 2016, and every ten years thereafter*, a copy of all of written rules and policies adopted as required by the statute must be filed with the State Education Department (Education Law §6440(1)(c)).
