HEDSLive Account Information

Each institution should have a coordinator account set up. If you are a new institution you will need to submit a request for an account to higheredsupport by clicking the “? Help” icon in the lower right of the screen. Within the ticket, please provide us with the name of the person needing an account, the person’s title and role within HEDSLive (Coordinator or End User), the name of the institution, phone number, and physical address. We will respond and set up your account. Requests for additional user accounts can also be made by following the above steps.

The Coordinator can make a request for an account to be set up for someone else once logged into HEDSLive under the SUR-1 form by clicking on the User Account Tab.

 

Account types include

  • Coordinator – 1 per institution. They can request accounts for users. Can enter and upload data.
  • User – multiple per institutions. Can enter data.
